Refund Policy
At Terrace and Town, all posters are printed to order. We carefully inspect each item before dispatch to ensure the highest quality.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Please double-check product details and your shipping address before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damage or fault

A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Lost Items
If your order is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will offer either:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement print
at no additional cost.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we will:

Replace the item, and

Cover all return and reshipping costs
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
