We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Pricing errors

• Stock or production issues

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

All posters are sold for personal use only.

6. Use of Stadium & Venue Names

Some artworks may reference well-known venues or locations for artistic and illustrative purposes only. Terrace and Town is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any stadium operators, sporting bodies, or venue owners unless explicitly stated.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrace and Town shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss

• Postal or courier delays

• Loss or damage outside our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
