At Terrace and Town, we take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork so it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Please read the details below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been printed, packed, and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using reputable courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or courier delays beyond our control.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The size and weight of your order

  • The shipping method selected

Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly stated on our website.

 

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Terrace and Town is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.

 

Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure fast delivery, Terrace and Town is not responsible for:

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Weather-related disruptions

  • Customs processing delays for international orders

We appreciate your patience in these situations.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

All prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

If your order appears lost in transit, please get in touch and we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
